- Approximately 15 minutes before a class starts and talk to the teacher or the class registrar. If you come within five minutes of a class start time, the teacher may not be able to assist you as they are responsible for attending to their class. Please be considerate of the incoming students.
- Right after a class ends and talk to the teacher or class registrar. Please do not enter the practice space until you see students rolling up their mats or the practice-space door is opened. Please note that the teacher may be gone within 15 minutes of a class ending, so plan your travel time accordingly.
- On a day that has open office hours. Currently, this is Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., but we advise you to check the class calendar, or call ahead, to make sure someone will be there when you arrive.
